Responsible Gaming at tk70

Playing Responsibly at tk70

At tk70, we take responsible gaming seriously. Our platform is designed exclusively for adults aged 21 and above in Bangladesh. Whether you enjoy cricket betting, live casino games, or slots, we want every session to be fun and controlled. Our tools and resources are here to help you stay in charge of your gaming activity at all times.

Responsible gaming means understanding the risks, setting personal boundaries, and knowing when to take a break. tk70 provides multiple safeguards so that players across Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, and all regions of Bangladesh can play with confidence and peace of mind. If at any point the fun stops, we are here to help — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Warning Signs of Problem Gambling

Gambling is meant to be enjoyable. However, for some players it can begin to interfere with daily life. Be aware of these warning signs and take action early:

• Spending more money on gambling than you can afford to lose
• Chasing losses by placing larger and more frequent bets
• Borrowing money from family or friends to fund gambling
• Neglecting work, family responsibilities, or daily obligations because of gambling
• Feeling anxious, irritable, or restless when not gambling
• Using gambling as a way to cope with stress, loneliness, or emotional difficulties

Responsible Gaming Tools Available at tk70

We give every registered player access to the following responsible gaming tools directly through their account settings or by contacting our support team:

• 🔒 Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary (1 week to 6 months) or permanent self-exclusion. During this period your account will be fully suspended and no new accounts may be opened.
• ⏱️ Time-Out Breaks: Pause your account for a short cooling-off period — 24 hours, 72 hours, 7 days, or 30 days — without permanently closing it.
• 💰 Deposit Limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit amount. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling period when increased.
• 📉 Loss Limits: Define the maximum net loss you are comfortable with over a daily, weekly, or monthly period. Once hit, further play is restricted until the period resets.
• 🛑 Permanent Account Closure: If you decide to stop gambling permanently, our support team will close your account and ensure you cannot reopen it.

Protecting Young People from Gambling

tk70 strictly does not allow players under the age of 21 to register or participate in any form of gambling on this platform. When registering, all users must confirm they are 21 years of age or older. We regularly conduct age verification checks to uphold this standard across Bangladesh.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor may have accessed this platform, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate and take the necessary steps to restrict access. We also recommend that parents use parental control software on shared devices to prevent underage access to online gambling sites.

Responsible Gaming — Frequently Asked Questions

How do I set a deposit limit on my tk70 account?

Log in to your account, go to Account Settings, and select the Responsible Gaming section. From there you can set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Reduced limits take effect immediately. If you need help, contact our support team at [email protected].

Can I temporarily pause my account without closing it permanently?

Yes. tk70 offers a Time-Out feature that lets you pause your account for 24 hours, 72 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During the time-out period you cannot place bets or make deposits. Your account and balance are safely preserved and reactivated once the period ends.

What is self-exclusion and how does it differ from a time-out?

A time-out is a short cooling-off break (up to 30 days) after which your account automatically reactivates. Self-exclusion is a longer, more serious measure — you can self-exclude for 1 week up to 6 months, or permanently. During self-exclusion, you cannot reopen your account, and tk70 will not send you any promotional communications.

My gambling feels out of control — what should I do?

If you feel that gambling is harming you financially or emotionally, contact our support team immediately at [email protected]. Request self-exclusion straight away so the platform is blocked while you seek help. You can also speak to a trusted person in your family or community, or contact a counseling service in Bangladesh for confidential advice and support.
